MBBR SYSTEM

The AQUA SMART® MBBR system is a trademark for WWTP developed and owned by Ideal Solutions. The AQUA SMART MBBR® (Moving Bed Biochemical Reactor) system is supplied, and built-in mobile containers fabricated from 6 mm thick steel sheets coated with anti-corrosion high build epoxy coatings. The wastewater will be collected in an equalization basin before it is introduced to the Bioreactor.

LAMELLA CLARIFIER

Lamella clarifiers are a water treatment process that features a core of inclined metal plates, which cause flocculated material to precipitate from water that flows across the plates, thus “clarifying” the water. The Lamella Clarifier consists of a series of closely spaced flat plates inclined at an angle. Preconditioned water with entrained solids enters the plate pack and flows between the plates.
